A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by Professional Weddings Live.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the wedding date forfeit the entire deposit.

Delivery Timeline

Edited wedding photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after your wedding. Wedding films will be completed within 6-8 weeks. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Usage Rights

You receive full personal usage rights to your wedding photos and videos. Professional Weddings Live retains the right to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
